The brand new Manukau Health Park will give Manukau’s growing population a high quality centre to support their health and wellbeing.

Part of Middlemore Hospital, the community benefits are numerous, including reducing pressure on Middlemore, improving patient experience with culturally appropriate spaces and providing staff with the technology and accessibility they need to their job.

Once complete and in full use, the 4 Green Star health hub will add almost 150,000 additional outpatient appointments per year and accommodate up to 450 new full time employees.

As with any primary health care facility, it’s absolutely crucial that services are fully commissioned, with back up generation functioning before the building is handed over.
