Located on 439 Rosebank Road, Avondale, the warehouses are constructed for high racked storage. The development is made up of two buildings:

• Building A 

• Building B 

Building A comprises a 1,985m2 warehouse with three 400m2 offices, located along the southern elevation (200m2 per level). Building A is divided into three to provide 3 new Warehouses A1, A2 and A3. The office area and warehouse has 39 car parking spaces for staff and visitors. It features a yard sized at 520m2 and a 450m2 canopy. 

Building B comprises a 3,955m 2 warehouse with a two-storey 400m2 office (200m2 per level). The office area and warehouse has 35 car parking spaces for staff and visitors. It features a yard sized at 1,020m2 and a 456m2 canopy. 4x EV parking and charging stations are provided with provision for future EV expansion.
