1 Queen Street is a 21-level office building owned by Precinct Properties located on the corner of Queen and Quay Street, Auckland.

As part of the refurbishment two new levels are being added to the building. The building is being fully refurbished and will be converted into a mixed-use development made up of office space, retail, and hotel.

The building will be integrated into the Commercial Bay development with level 2 of 1 Queen Street being devoted entirely to Commercial Bay tenancies.
