Sheridda joined Pacific Commissioning in July 2023, bringing with her a strong background in project coordination, including seven years managing projects in Sydney’s residential construction industry. After returning to New Zealand in 2020, she continued working as a project coordinator and then as an estimator for a flooring company, fulfilling tender requests for residential and commercial projects.

Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on timeline management, Sheridda’s current role involves understanding a project’s stage and status, and what additional resource may be required in future. She also organises company events, assists with documentation requirements and communicating with consultants.

Experienced in client management and building strong stakeholder relationships, Sheridda ensures that her colleagues, consultants, clients and sub-contractors meet their project deadlines. She is respected by project teams for her open communication and organisational skills.
